By accessing or using the Prutor programming education platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prutor. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), is owned by Prutor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written permission. The Prutor name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Prutor.

You agree to:

• Submit only your own original work unless collaboration is explicitly permitted
• Not share solutions with other users during active assessments
• Not use unauthorized external resources during proctored exams
• Not engage in plagiarism or represent others' work as your own
• Report any suspected violations of academic integrity

We employ automated plagiarism detection systems and may share results with your educational institution.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Prutor does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Academic integrity violations
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
